Welcome to the Illini Union Board Craft Fair Vendor Fair Registration Website. The 2022 in-person Illini Union Board Craft and Vendor Fair will take place during Moms Weekend on Saturday, April 15, 2023.

Returning Vendors* Priority Registration Date: Returning vendor registration will open on Monday, January 30, 2023 11:00 AM. Returning Vendors will have a priority registration period for booth space before any newcomers to the Illini Union Board Craft and Vendor Fair.

*Returning vendors are defined as any vendor who had established an online vendor profile before Tuesday, April 5, 2022 11:59 PM. Should any booth spaces remain after the returning vendors complete registration, new vendors will be able to register on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 9:30 AM.

Booth Rental: The booth rental fee is $185/booth. It's a non-refundable fee. Vendors can rent up to three (3) booths.

Table Rentals: Up to four (4) tables can be provided per booth at a rate of $5/table. Table requests must be made at least two (2) weeks in advance. If the table request is made less than two weeks in advance, the cost is $10/table.

Breakfast/Box Lunch: Due to continuing staffing challenges as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we unfortunately will not be able to offer the opportunity to purchase boxed lunches as a part of a registration. It is our sincere hope that these circumstances will be limited to just this year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Vendor Profile Updates: You will have the ability to update your online vendor profiles prior to the registration period opening. This includes the ability to update any name, contact information, and/or product information that is listed. As a returning vendor, this information must be updated prior to registering for this year’s craft and vendor fair as we need to have your most current information. We have also made it possible to change your password yourself at the vendor profile site. In the past, vendors were assigned passwords, which sometimes proved difficult to remember. Now you can go into your vendor profile and change your original password to something easier. To prepare for registration, we encourage you to make these changes ASAP to ensure your information is accurate for the current year.

Registration Reminders:

  1. Please use a laptop or desktop computer for registration. Tablets and phones will not display the registration form properly.
  2. Due to changes with overall University of Illinois policy, we are no longer allowed to accept contracts through an online system and must receive contracts with your signature. As a result, vendors will still log into our registration system at the designated date and time to select booths and provide payment. Then, following your submission, vendors will need to return a signed contract to the Illini Union Board within ten (10) business days to complete registration. Failure to return contracts within this time period will result in a forfeiture of your registration and paid fees will be refunded.

    As outlined in the IU Board Craft and Vendor Fair contract, signed agreements can be returned to the Illini Union Board via hand delivery, email, fax, or United State Postal Service (or any equivalent delivery service (see the contract for exact details).
  3. Also due to university policy, the university is requiring all vendors, who are selling food products or items involving chemicals (such as cleaning supplies, perfumes, and soaps), to certify they are insured as outlined in the IU Board Craft and Vendor Fair contract. Certificates of insurance do not have to be shared with the Illini Union Board unless we specifically request them, however, vendors selling these items must hold such insurance. Should vendors have questions about this requirement, please contact us prior to registration opening so that we can address them.

    As our organization operates as part of the University of Illinois, we must abide by all of their policies and procedures and ask our guests to do the same. We appreciate your understanding.
